Symptoms
During Incremental Seed Import step, dataimp process is failing with invalid arguments:
dataimp /q -1 /u LDAPUSER /w n /p ***** /l G:\SiebelFS\migration\1-1B06DY0\log\seedimport_3A13FBBA7721_manual.log /f G:\SiebelFS\migration\1-1B06DY0\dat\seedexport_3A13FB40630B.dat /n 100 /d dbo /z R /h log /x R /c OUI_PRD_CEU_DSN /t n /e y /6 Z_GVASIEBDB2XPROD
error: Invalid Incremental Dev to Prod input args
Error calling table pre callback table: S_LST_OF_VAL, tblIdx: 0.
Error in ProcessImportFile (UTLDataImportFile).
The issue could also be observed when manually running the utility using the same data.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Install Siebel 24.3 or later version in two environments
2. Perform FullRR in order to mark one as RR environment
3. Create a new workspace and make minimal changes
4. Generate a watermark and run an IRR export
5. Copy the package and attempt to run IRR Import
6. Notice the IRR failure
