Symptoms
While attempting to log in to the Siebel mobile application on an android device (through siebel mobile app) the following error is observed on the screen.
Domain: undefined
Error Code: 3
Description: SSL error. The certificate authority is not trusted
On iOS , error is slightly different .
Error loading page
Domain : NSURLERRORDomain
Error Code : -1202
Description : The certificate for the server is invalid . You might be connecting to server that is pretending to be "host.xxx.xxx.com" , which could put your confidential information at risk
Replication Steps
-1. Install and Configure Siebel Mobile Application
-2. Download siebel mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play (depends on the mobile device)
-3. Configure the Siebel App on iOS and Android Devices
-4. Login to application
