Siebel Test Automation Toolbar: Generate Button Fails with Error : HTTP Request error during '<?>':'<?>' SBL-EAI-04117

Steps to replicate:

1- Launch the application with SWECmd = AutoOn

2- Log in to application >> Click on Cam Coder Icon (Top right corner in Application for Automation Toolbar)

3- Click on Start to record

4- Play the scenario in the application

5- Click on Stop script and then Generate
