Symptoms
An error is encountered regarding attachments when using File Popup Applet as a Detail Applet in List Columns.
While creating a new record and opening the popup applet, when the user selects the file to be attached and click OK, it displays an error both on the interface and in Application Object Manager log file.
ERROR
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Application.
2. Navigate to any context where attachments can be added within Siebel.
3. When using File Popup Applet as a Detail Applet in List Columns attachments cannot be added.
