When Trying to Generate Watermark File on Production "Access is denied due to invalid credentials or insufficient privilege" Error is Received (Doc ID 3075246.1)

Symptoms

After applying Siebel 24.4 Monthly Update on top of 22.6 installation on Production Siebel Migration Application (SMA) is failing to generate watermark when submitting the request to one Application Interface (AI) server, but it works fine if submitted to another AI server.
The following error is observed:

Access is denied due to invalid credentials or insufficient privilege

Steps

1. Logon to SMA
2. Identify the Connection for Production
3. Try to generate the watermark file
4. The above mentioned error is observed in one of the Production AI servers
