Symptoms
After configuring MLOV for the LOV 'LOY_PT_EXP_UOM' , when logging into the ESN Object Manager, the list of values in the 'Expiration UoM' field are displayed in English.
This is the only MOLV enabled that is affected.
If trying to select any value from the dropdown list in English, the error below is seen in the User Interface:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Login to the Application and add values in the language needed:
1.1 Go to Administration - Data > LOV and locate LOY_PT_EXP_UOM in English-American and Spanish (Modern) - 8 records are displayed
1.2 Make sure that the fields "Active", "Translate" and "Multilingual" are all TRUE (Checked)
1.3 Clear Cache
2- Login in ESN Object Manager to clear LOV cache in ESN just in case (could be optional but we want to avoid any cache issues in multi-lang environment) and logout
3- Login back in ESN Object Managerand go to Loyalty Promotions Administration > locate the "SN Accrual Promotion 1" and drilldown
3.1 In the Promotion Rules, drilldown in the 'SN Assign Points Rule'
3.2 Go to Actions View and focus in the "Assign Points" action record
3.3 In the bottom applet, in the section 'Vencimiento en (opcional)', enter any number in the 'Duración de vencimiento' field
3.4 Click in the field U/M de vencimiento' dropdown
3.5 The **8** values displayed are in ENGLISH
This means that the Object Manager in ESN is displaying the LIC values instead of the Display Value
