Symptoms

When attempting to export records from the Administration - Application > Tasks view, the following message is displayed:


The following steps can be executed to replicate the issue:

  1. Log into the application.
  2. Navigate to the Administration - Application > Tasks view.
  3. In the upper applet (Registered Tasks), select the Export option from the Gear icon to export the records to a file.
  4. Click the Next button in the popup.
