Custom DSN Entries In ODBC.INI File Were Deleted After Applying Siebel 25.2 Update (Doc ID 3078655.1)

Symptoms

The custom DSN entries in the siebsrvr/sys/.odbc.ini file were deleted after applying Siebel 25.2 update on 24.11.

Below is an example of how the .odbc.ini file was in 24.11 and how it is updated with Siebel 25.2.

In 24.11:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Siebel 24.11 and create custom entries in siebsrvr/sys/.odbc.ini file
2. Apply Siebel 25.2 on top of 24.11
3. Validate the siebsrvr/sys/.odbc.ini file, and custom entries are missing.
