Query is not returning the expected results when users query on "Pick a Constraint" List Applet with different keywords
Example :- Following are the list of keywords for which the Query is behaving differently

Working keywords:-
Require
Provide
Require (mutual)

Not Working keywords:-
Display message
Display recommendation
Provide (simple)
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Application
2. Navigate to Administration - Product ==> Product Definition
3. Query for any Existing Product and Lock it or Create New Product
4. Drilldown on Workspace
5. Click on Constraints detail View tab
6. Click on new (+)
7. Click on Query and validate the search results with the following values

Search with following keywords ==>

Working :-
Require
Provide
Require (mutual)

Not Working :-
Display message
Display recommendation
Provide (simple)
