Symptoms
Customer applied the Siebel Update 24.10 on top of 23.10, Homepage View the List applets label is getting displayed but applets are not rendered and data is not showing.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Applied 24.10 Udate
2. HomePage View Label is displayed but applets are not rendered
3. Browser console display following errors:

Behavior was seen in customer environment even when setting ManifestSafeLoad=TRUE.
Views with tree applets were not rendering correctly, for example Administration - Group>Organization
