Purpose

The document is a collation of all the steps needed to analyze the FDR.

This document will go through all the phases that are required for a complete output of a FDR.

It will deal with the identification of the FDR, processing the FDR, understanding the FDR data and more information related to the FDR.

Scope

This is applicable for older Siebel versions too, such as IP2013, IP2014, IP2015 and IP2016.

This document is informational and intended for any user.

However, due to the technical nature of the document certain steps and actions/triggers may need to be performed by system admins or technical staff.
