WebLogic servers hang without Exceptions in the logs

Latest release tested against:Siebel Self-Service
The server hangs with no Exceptions, low cpu usage, and large number of connections in close_wait status. Killing one of the Two servers hung allows the other one to recover. Only occurs when customer uses WebLogic Plugin to act as a load balancer to round-robin requests across Application servers.
