Purpose

The Siebel Web Client application infrastructure uses a combination of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, ActiveX controls, Cascading Style Sheets, etc.) that allow the greatest degree of functionality, flexibility, scalability and reliability. The files that make up the Siebel High Interactivity (HI) and Standard Interactivity (SI) web clients are sensitive to any modification and therefore not all types of changes are supported unless specifically documented in the Siebel Bookshelf.
