Symptoms

Hello.

I am trying to install Siebel with ERM module on our customer platform, working in Web Single Sign-On (SSO).
I set the following parameters in eapps.cfg file:

[/erm_fra]
SingleSignOn = TRUE
TrustToken = <TrustToken>
UserSpec = <UserSpec>
UserSpecSource = <UserSpecSource>
AnonUserName = <AnonUserName>
AnonPassword = <AnonPassword>
ProtectedVirtualDirectory = /erm_fra
ConnectString = siebel.tcpip.none.none://<hostname>:2321/<Enterprise>/ERMObjMgr_fra
WebPublicRootDir = /home/SIEBEL/7.8.2/eappweb/public/fra
WebUpdatePassword = <WebUpdatePassword>

I have restarted Siebel Server and Web Server (IHS).
However, when I want to access /erm_fra URL, Internet Explorer asks me to save start.swe page.
