Goal

In standard Siebel application version 7.7 SIA (and higher) when you access a Service Request view that has "Manager" as visibility (for example, "My Team’s Service Request - HelpDesk") it is the primary position of the Service Request owner that is taken into account for the visibility. That means that you see SRs owned by employees for which the primary position is a subordinate position of your current position.

The goal of this note is to set up a custom "Manager" visibility that takes into account all positions associated to the SR owner, not just the primary position.
