Symptoms

After upgrading to Siebel 8 when trying to test an Inbound web Service call thru XML spy some errors are found :


The URL

http://hostname:8787/EAI_ENU/start.swe?SWEExtSource=WebService&SWEExtCmd=Execute&UserName=inthub&Password=inthub



The message :
