Symptoms

Hi:
We are testing the Approval Inbox functionality but we found some problems.
We read the "Automating Approval Processing" in the "Business Services for Siebel Financial Services" in the bookshelf and we have some troubles with the follows items:
1.    "Configuring the Start Step": Details some of the start step parameters for the workflow process (table 31), but the start step hasn't parameters, ie, if I right click over the start step I don’t have a Input Arguments or Output Arguments option. (Or “start step parameters” means workflow process properties?)
2.    Parameters for Business Process Step: The table 32 shows the name of Business Service and Method that I could use. But I look for the Business Service in my repository and that BS don’t exist.(FINS Approval Item Service). I found “FINS Approval UI Service” but not the “FINS Approval Item Service”
