We have a requirement that alerts can be created for Accounts (ie: if an Account is fraudulent) where users will see an alert pop up message when they step on the Account record that has an alert. We have enabled the vanilla Alerts view in Accounts. Can you explain to us the vanilla alert functionality works? Siebel bookshelf did not provide enough detail. Is there any was with vanilla functionality that we can fulfill this requirement?
