A network outage in our site resulted in the Siebel Gateway server being shutdown all other Siebel Applications server became unavailable, after the network outage was fixed I am having the following problem. We use Resonate between two Siebel Servers, I have tried all different combinations I can think of and the error on the attached file (siebelerror.txt) comes up on the Siebel Web Server. If I have both the sites up I cannot even get the login page for Siebel and give the standard web error and the error message on siebelerror.txt. If I have one of the sites up and one shutdown it works sometimes for about 2 or 3 minutes and the same error happens on the web server log file and I get the same error. I am attaching my siebns.dat file and the siebelerror.txt file, please get back with me as soon as possible as the production environment is down.
