Mistakenly changed the "Default Organization" organization's Name and that automatically changed the Organization's S_BU table's NAME Column to be the Organization's Name + Location.

Symptoms
We inadvertently made an amendment to the name of the 'Default Organization' record in the Organization view. The error was spotted and the the name restored to 'Default Organization' but doing so seems to have had an effect on EIM loads.
The problems seems to be that on Table S_BU, the column NAME is 'Default Organization' in Vanilla. After our amendment this column is now 'Default Organization, INTERNAL' although in the Organization screen, the Name field displays correctly as 'Default Organization'.
We would like to know how to set the column value back to the vanilla setting so that EIM jobs that rely on references to this column can be run successfully.
