Symptoms

We noticed that some of our Click Through Reponses from the Siebel CTD are registering as "Unclassified" when in fact they should be "Clicked On URL". We have verified that the LOV for the COMM_RESPONSE_TYPE does in fact contain "Clicked On URL". Also, checking the CTD log does show "Clicked On URL" does appear in the Parameter list that is captured in the log. See attached example of a case where, Clicked On URL was captured in the CTD log, but in the Siebel System, the response registered as "Unclassified".
