Customer uses the "Generic Siebel Login user" account for Sync Purpose who is also the same user who has full mail box rights on the sync enabled users.
This is raised as an issue by Exchange Team at 53 and also by information security.

What is the possibility of using a different functional account which has full mail box rights on the mail boxes of the sync enabled users.
What are the steps involved in setting this up?
Where do we specify a different account for sync to happen.
