In this service request, customer had two questions as follows:
1. How is the S_DEDUP_RESULT table populated when running a Data Quality Manager component job, and how to verify that the values in the S_DEDUP_RESULT table are expected inputs to the UCM Merge process?
2. In the Siebel Data Quality Administration Guide the instructions to merge duplicate records instruct the user to select multiple records and then click the "Merge" button. After selecting multiple records from the UCM Contact Duplicate List Applet, when the user clicks the "Merge" button, the application throws the error below:
Error Message: SIEBEL UCM Merge: Found multiple selections from UI(SBL-IAI-00467).
What is causing this error message, and what are the correct steps to execute the "merge" of duplicate records?
