Email - Outbound activities should be associated to prospects or other customer Business Component when sending emails out.

Why does Email - Outboound activities type created by email send out from Siebel Application does not get associated tot the Prospect recipient record for the email. Let us say when we 4 recipients on the Outbound Communications Request 2 of them are contacts and 2 of them are prospects. The Email gets sent to all 4 people. But the Activities are created/associated only for the 2 contacts not for prospects. Is there something we need to do for this?
