Problem with drill down behaviour is as follow:
On :
1> Login on econsumersector_enu by BADMIN/BADMIN (Business Administrator)
2> Navigate to Sitemap>Visit Screen.
3> Query on Visit Created/Completed by TMR1 (Another user in Siebel Application )
4> Drilldown on Visit type 'Adhoc'. it will take you to Visit-Activity View.
5> Further drilldown on Completed Activity type 'facings count' .
6> it gives following Error:

" You do not have the required access privileges to view the detailed information about this record. Please contact your systems administrator or another member of the sales team if you would like further access to this record.(SBL-DAT-00309) "

The same configuration is present in SIA , but BADMIN is able to view(drilldown) successfully on the Activity Created/Completed by TMR1 in
