Symptoms

Customer experienced the following Generic Error (Level 1) when running a Generate New Database task:

[DataDirect][ODBC lib] Data source name not found and no default driver specified
SQL Message, IM002: [DataDirect][ODBC lib] Data source name not found and no default driver specified
