Symptoms

According to SRSP, 7_5_x_Reqs_Platform_RevY.pdf, on Siebel 7.5.3.x, Oracle character set UTF8 and AL32UTF8 are supported. And moving to AL32UTF8 is strongly recommended on below conditions.
(1) Future Siebel Versions will not support UTF8
(2) The UTF8 character set supports Unicode Standard 3.0, but Oracle will not update it to support the current Standard, 3.3, or newer versions of the Unicode Standard.

If the customer stays in Siebel 7.5.3.x and Unicode standard 3.3 above is not required, is UTF8 supported? The reason to ask is that Oracle reported so many bugs related with AL32UTF8. If possible, the customer would like to stay UTF8.
