Customer is using Avaya Interaction Center Release 6.1 in his implementation.
They are trying to use the following CTIService Object Type to retrieve the current call data. They have used the following eScript, but was not able to get the value (EDUID).
// To retrieve the EDU ID
var CTI = TheApplication().GetCTIService();
var ctiData = CTI.GetCurrentCallData();
var strEDUId = ctiData.GetFieldValue("EDUID"); // also tried "vdu_id"
Based on this code above, they receive an error stating that the field is not recoqnised. They are wondering if it would be required for us to perform any Communication Configuration to enable this field to be retrieved from eScript?
