Symptoms
The customer was running a workflow process that would send data to an external (target) system and wait for a response. The request was sent over HTTP and had previously worked in their Test environment but now failed in their UAT environment.
To help them with troubleshooting the problem, we asked them to enable the EAI Transport component event so we could see the errors being returned from the external system. The first error was:
