The requirement is to show Full Name of the User for all those fields which displays LOGIN. e.g. In Activities record, Assigned To field we need to show "Siebel Administrator" instead of "SADMIN".

To meet the above requirement, we created a join with S_CONTACT table. This join is created based on "CREATED_BY" field, which would fetch FST_NAME and LAST_NAME fields from S_CONTACT. Using a calculated field we concatenate First and Last Names as "Full Name" and displaying in the Applet. Refer the following fields and joins that are created in "Opportunity Note" BusComp. This BusComp is used for Applet "Opportunity Note Applet" under Deals (Opportunities) Screen ==> Notes View.

Join:Contact Full Name
Fields:Created By First Name, Created By Last Name

Calculated Field:Created By Full Name

All the fields are working fine except for Created By(CREATED_BY) and Modified By(LAST_UPD_BY). The problem here is, when we create a new record and commit the record by giving neccassary values the "Created By Full Name" (Calculated Field) is NOT showing the value immediately. But, once we refresh the applet (by making ALT +Q and ENTER), the value is displayed in the field.
