Symptoms
An incoherent behavior was observed between the 'File>Send>Email (F9)' menu item and a custom 'Create Email' button.
Custom 'Create Email' feature configured in Siebel Tools :
- A button nammed 'Create Email' was created in 'Service Request Form Applet'
- Some server scripts on this applet like :
The incoherent behaviour between the 'File>Send>Email (F9)' menu item and our customized 'Create Email' button is the following:
1. Choose (or create) a Service Request with one attachment file. Select one/several attachments and use the 'File>Send>Email (F9)' menu item:
-> selected attachments are automatically added in the new email.
2. Perform the same action with the customized 'Create Email' button:
-> no file is attached to the new email.
Expected behavior:
Selected attachments should be always added to the new email in both cases.
