"FS - Verify Entitlement SR" Workflow Process Is Not Populating The Commit Time Field On SR

Customer wanted to populate "Agent Committed" field on Service Request. When the "Verify" button was clicked, the Entitlement Pick Applet pops up and an entitlement record selected. On SR, Entitlement field is filled, the Metrics view under SR has the record of "Respone Time" but for some reason, it is not filling the "Agent Committed" field.
Looked at the Log file, for some reason it is throwing this line...
ObjMgrLog Error 1 0 2004-09-29 23:27:24 (procinst.cpp (206)) SBL-BPR-00125: Cannot resume process '1-5I4TR' for object ''. Verify that an instance does exist and that it has a 'Waiting' or 'Suspended' status.
