"FS - Verify Entitlement SR" Workflow Process is not Populating the Commit Time Field in the SR (Doc ID 497016.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT

Agent Committed field value not populating while click on Verify Entitlement button, log has error reported.

ERROR

ObjMgrLog    Error    1    0    2004-09-29 23:27:24    (procinst.cpp (206)) SBL-BPR-00125: Cannot resume process '<ROW_ID>' for object ''. Verify that an instance does exist and that it has a 'Waiting' or 'Suspended' status.

STEPS

1. Click on "Verify" button

2. The Entitlement Pick Applet pops up and an entitlement record selected.

3. SR's Entitlement field is filled, the Metrics view under SR has the record of "Respone Time" but for some reason, it is not filling the "Agent Committed" field.
