It was reported that when querying on the Activity List View (which uses the Action BC) , on the Status field, all of the expected records are not being retrieved.
Analysis and investigation revealed that the column S_ACT_EMP.ACT_EVT_STAT_CD, which is a denormalized column, is being used in the where clause for the Siebel generated query rather than the expected S_EVT_ACT.EVT_STAT_CD column.
Further analysis revealed that this column is not always being populated, with some records having nulls and this was affecting query results.
This can be reproduced using standard SRF and doing the following:
1. Create a new account call
2. Add an attendee call.
3. The resulting attendee call's S_ACT_EMP.ACT_EVT_STAT_CD is null.
