Symptoms

Exporting of Account attachments reports success. There are no errors in the log file. The EIM table is populated; however, the actual attachments are not exported. Here is the ifb file we used:

[Siebel Interface Manager]
      USER NAME = "SADMIN"
      PASSWORD = "password"
      PROCESS = EXPORT EIM Attachments

[EXPORT EIM Attachments]
      TYPE = EXPORT
      ATTACHMENT DIRECTORY = C:\sea78\siebsrvr\OUTPUT
      BATCH = 20070827
      TABLE = EIM_ACCNT_DTL
      EXPORT ALL ROWS = TRUE

We also tried it with the ATTACHMENT DIRECTORY parameter omitted and had the same results.
