We are currently experincing a problem with assignment manager not setting the Primary position on an account or contact.
We load accounts and contacts via EIM but do not create a record in S_ACCNT_POSTN or S_POSTN_CON. We leave it upto dynamic/batch assignment to assign team members and set an appropriate primary. Is this the correct method in Siebel 7 it worked OK in Siebel 6?
Each assignment rule has two objects Contact and Account.
Multiple Positions are associated to each rule.
Set Primary Position is flagged on the Assignment Objects.
The Position fields associated to the Assignment Objects are set as per Vanilla Siebel.
