We started having tasks shutting down in our application and users were not able to login to Siebel Sales or Call Center. Users already logged in were able to navigate as usual.
We cycled our servers, but the Communications Session Manager was not coming up so we cycled a second time with the same result. Everything in the application is working as expected, but Call Center users are not able to log into their phones and take calls.
I will attach any logs files that look suspicious. Please let me know if there is any additional information I need to provide you with.
