Issue with the workflows that are launched through batchfile via SRVRMGR.
The workflows have not been modified and were working seamlessly for the past two years.
The log files are not very explicit and the last line we have is "Message Facility failed to init."
the srvrmgr utility does not seem to respond.
We suspect an environment issue as we can launch the workflow from a connected client UI without any problem.
The issue is critical to our business as we have those batch files that are run every nights to import data from the back office in Siebel. Without this information our users cannot work.
We have a temporary workaround but this requires that someone connects at night to launch them interactively through the Siebel UI.
