We are evaluating the Global Deployment option of 7.5. For setting Global Time Zone Siebel
recommends setting the db server time to UTC (GMT with no daylight savings time).
Is it possible to have a setting based on location of the server (e.g. PST) and then all calculations be based off of that? The reason is setting UTC on the DB server could be a major impact for us since this could affect our integration with other systems.
