Symptoms

For a particular product, we have set up a rule to copy one attritbute value to another attribute.

We create a quote, then a quote line item for the product in question, then we press the Customise button   In the customised view, we enter a value in the attribute field in question. Then we press Done

We then receive a message:

'There is a conflict with your last request. Please click the Undo button to undo your last request. If you wish to keep your last request, please click the Proceed button to undo the following previous requests:'

(which by the way in the last part doesnt make a lot of sense!).

All we are doing here in the rule is setting one attribute value to the value of another. So we dont expect to see a conflict message. We can click proceed and the rule is applied, but this error is confusing to our users and did not appear in 7.0.4 with an identical product configuration.

The RAL entry is

Why has this begun happening in version 7.5.3?
