Symptoms
Support:
We have an issue with creating Activity Plans from Accounts Screen --> Activity Plan view. Issue is when adding a plan 'Quarterly Status Check' in the sample database and vanilla srf, the 'Latest Start' field gets populated with a date 3 year + in the past. This issue is also happening in our 7.5 environments, which was not a problem with Siebel 2000 in the past. Can you please let us know if this is a known issue or config problem as its happening in the sample db and vanilla srf as well as our environments with siebel 7.5.
