Symptoms

The customer experienced an intermittent problem with attachments. Attachments were being updated in Siebel through EAI (using inline attachments) from an external system, via the EAI Siebel Adapter. But sometimes, the attachment could not later be accessed, and the following error was reported when an attempt was made to open it :-


SBL-UIF-00230: The file 'xxxx' could not be found on any specified file system.
