In Customer production environment some of our policies are not getting triggered. They were having about 41000+ records queued in s_escl_req table. These queued requests in s_escl_req do have a valid rule_id and group_id. It just seems like workflow monitor agent is just not picking up the requests.
All these policies are very critical to the business as these policies calls workflow processes which then publish the data to the back office.
