It was reported that upon creation of a new Opportunity, whether via New Record or Copy Record, it was not possible to configure a predefault for the Sales Method field. The PreDefault was always showing up as the first Sales Method on the table (in alphabetical order), regardless of the tools configuration which was attempted.
