From Address field in F9 [File > Send Email] using Microsoft Outlook integration (Doc ID 504846.1)

Symptoms

When using F9 [File > Send Email] Microsoft Outlook integration and functionality, it uses the email address of the Windows/Outlook defined profile, defined for the user on the user's PC as From Address on the outbound email to be sent by Outlook,  instead of the Siebel defined From Address.

However if one switches to the Siebel Native Email Client, the From Address field is populated by the Siebel defined profile under User Preferences > Outbound Communications: Default Mail Profile.

Is there a way to default the value in "From Address" field when using F9 Outlook Integration to the same value that is used by the F9 Siebel Native Email Client process?
