Symptoms

Customer faced load issues with EIM Account which takes around 15-20 Minutes to Update a 500 Batch Records. Had 1.1 Million Accounts to load for a particular Region.As part of tuning doc's from IBM& Siebel recommended to do with small batches(500) and loading it with minimal records but as we have the Docking:Transaction Logging set to "False" cannot divide our transaction into batches of inserts and updates.So,customer want to know the options left to improve load times.
