As part of Siebel 7 Call Center implementation, there is a business rules re: Correspondence Request, that once the call center agent finds the corresp. template closest to particular consumer situation, will compose the letter based on that template and in some specific cases will Add / Edit / Change merged doc. Changes need to be saved, letter submitted to Fulfillment center for print out.

1) The currently available documentation in Bookshelf does not cover this business scenario in enough details. Please forward some Correspondence related Technical Brief.
2) How we ensure the changes are saved and latter printed in fulfilmment center?
3) How we can detect the corresp. request in editied / changed beyond mail merge and used that flag for decision in different approval process?

Please forward this to an associate with extensive expertise in Correspondence/Fulfillment
as we have several more crucial SR to be submitted related to Correspondence functionality
for the same project.
