Cannot Print Correspondence from Web Client

When trying to print a Correspondence in the Correspondence View, the message pop-up ""Start Exporting..." appeared and the process stopped there.

It was found that Correspondence Print functionality works in a similar way as the Quick Print feature (File>Print).

The customer was requested to try to enable Quick Print to verify if it was working:

a) In the Callcenter, go to the menu option Tools > User Preferences > Behavior
b) In the “Quick Print Application” choose “Excel”.
c) Go to any view, query for a small set of records and choose File > Print
d) An URL will also be generated and sent to the Excel application to be printed.

It was found that this feature was not working as well.

An WINWORD.EXE is started on local PC, but it just sits there doing nothing. There is no CPU or disc activity during this period.

IE setting does allow Unsigned ActiveX controls (as per bookshelf on batch printing).
