If an activity is created with an alarm for the logged in user, the user does not see the alarm within a certain time frame.
If an activity is created with an alarm and then assigned to another user, the new owner does not receive the alarm pop-up, unless the user logs out and then logs back into the application.
In addition, the original user still receives the pop-up alarm, even though they are no longer the owner.
