Clone New Workflow Component Definitions Error-SBL-SVR-00107 (Doc ID 510598.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create a new component definition based on the Workflow Process Manager compdef using srvrmgr.

The component definition process succeeds, however the new components fail to start.  The following errors occur in the component log file:

GenericLog      GenericError    1       0       2005-03-07 15:51:26     (smimtsrv.cpp (1063) err=2000107 sys=0) SBL-SVR-00107: Internal:The configured component is not based upon a CSSService
SmiLayerLog     Error   1       0       2005-03-07 15:51:26     Terminate process due to unrecoverable error: 2000107. (Main Thread)
