In order to implement Sales Rep visibility based on Multi Position on Activities and Service Requests, the following steps were performed:
- New intersection tables between Position and Action and Position and Service Request were created.
- The appropriate Multi-Value Links (MVL's) in the business components Action and Service Request were created.
- A new Sales Rep BusComp View Mode was added to Action BC.
After performing the above steps, while creating a new record, an error occured:
Field 'ROW_STATUS' does not exist in definition for business component 'Service Request - Sales Rep - VisMvgSqlBCDef'. Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration.(SBL-DAT-00398)
This error was fixed by creating a new ROW_STATUS column on the intersection table and creating "Activity Row Status" field in BC Position pointing to that column.
On Service Request BC, the existing Sales Rep view Mode was changed to use the new MVL and MVF. With Service Request BC, the same problem still occurs. Creating a "Row Status" field in Position BC and tried with "Service Request Row Status" and it still errors out with the same message.
